Refund policy

At Queen'd Bijoux, every piece is handcrafted with love and intention. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges: While we don't offer returns, we're happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to qualify. To request an exchange, contact us at queendbijoux@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the wrong item was sent to you. If you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund at our discretion, once we receive the original item shipped in its original condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items cannot be exchanged unless the wrong order was sent to you:

• Waist beads (for hygiene reasons)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item along with the original packing. We'll work with you to make it right.
