Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Please note that made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks to ship due to the handmade nature of our pieces, which are sourced from artisans abroad. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Handmade & Artisan Note: Each Queen'd Bijoux piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural part of the artisan process  and also what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
